No prior experience is necessary. Each offering is designed to meet you exactly where you are, with guidance & support throughout the weekend.

All sessions are offered as invitations, not obligations. You are encouraged to listen to your body & choose what feels right for you.
That said, we do ask that all guests attend Saturday night’s pre-organised immersive group games experience, as this is a shared highlight of the retreat.

After you have booked, you'll receive our welcome pack via the email you registered when purchasing your ticket. This will explain what happens next, how to get here, room allocation etc. You will also be asked to sign a consent form & offered the option to book your enhancements like message, crystal healing & polarity therapy.
